Sucre Cathedral

Its construction started in 1551 and lasted over a hundred years. This large period explains the different styles that are present: Renaissance, Baroque and Mestizo. Its tower is decorated with images of apostles, highlighted thanks to projectors, giving it a special charm to the Square 25 of Mayo. The cathedral’s crypts still have rests of several personalities from the political and religious life of the country.
