Inca rakay

The edifices that were standing there at that period are now only ruins and it is necessary to be imaginative to have an idea of what it could have been. Several theories exist concerning their ancient function, they thought to an administrative center but its isolation makes this theory quite shaky. Rests of several huge edifices surround the small square, from where starts a tunnel which, according to the legend, would lead to Cusco, the heart of the Empire. However, the walk on the site is at least as interesting as the site in itself; there is a pretty view on Cochabamba Valley.
