The White City, Sucre, constitutional capital, is the crossroads between the West and East of Bolivia, between the Andes Cordillera and the Amazonian plains, between Cochabamba, Potosi and Santa Cruz. Its surroundings are thus strewn with small villages and Andean communities, all in the landscapes of the Cordillera, by mountains and valleys.
